HOW WE WORK
Clear, Careful and Easy to Follow
UK immigration matters can be stressful. Our process helps clients understand the available options, prepare applications carefully and know what will happen at each stage.
STEP 01
Initial enquiry and consultation
We begin by identifying the nature of the enquiry and whether it appears to fall within our service scope. Where appropriate, the client can book a focused consultation by telephone, video or in person, subject to availability.
STEP 02
Engagement and Client Care Letter
If we can accept the matter and the client wishes to proceed, we issue a Client Care Letter. This records the agreed work, service limitations, fixed fee, likely external costs, communication arrangements, cancellation and complaint information, and data-handling terms.
STEP 03
Eligibility and document assessment
We review the information and documents supplied, identify the relevant requirements and provide a tailored checklist where this forms part of the agreed service. We flag gaps, inconsistencies, translation needs and matters that may require specialist referral.
STEP 04
Application preparation
For a full application service, we prepare the agreed form and supporting documentation and, where included, a covering letter or representations suitable for the matter. We check the information against the evidence and ask the client to review and approve the final content before submission.
