Your Path. Our Expertise
Clear stages from first enquiry to decision
Seven-step process
Step 01
Initial enquiry and consultation
We begin by identifying the nature of the enquiry and whether it appears to fall within our service scope. Where appropriate, the client can book a focused consultation by telephone, video or in person, subject to availability.
- 15-minute initial triage: free.
- 30-minute consultation: £40.
- 60-minute consultation: £75.
- Written advice note: £100, where agreed as a separate service.
- A consultation does not guarantee that we will accept the case.
Step 02
Engagement and Client Care Letter
If we can accept the matter and the client wishes to proceed, we issue a Client Care Letter. This records the agreed work, service limitations, fixed fee, likely external costs, communication arrangements, cancellation and complaint information, and data-handling terms.
- The matter is opened only after required identity checks, signed terms and the agreed initial payment.
- Any instalment arrangement must be agreed in writing before work begins.
- The letter explains what is included and what is outside the agreed service.
Step 03
Eligibility and document assessment
We review the information and documents supplied, identify the relevant requirements and provide a tailored checklist where this forms part of the agreed service. We flag gaps, inconsistencies, translation needs and matters that may require specialist referral.
- Clients remain responsible for supplying complete, accurate and genuine information and documents.
- We may pause or end work if necessary evidence is not supplied or if professional or regulatory concerns arise.
Step 04
Application preparation
For a full application service, we prepare the agreed form and supporting documentation and, where included, a covering letter or representations suitable for the matter. We check the information against the evidence and ask the client to review and approve the final content before submission.
- No application is submitted without the client’s approval.
- Changes outside the original scope may require a revised fee and written agreement.
Step 05
Payment, submission and biometrics
We explain the known Home Office charges, Immigration Health Surcharge and relevant third-party costs. Once the application is ready, approved and all due fees are paid, we support submission and provide practical biometric or document-upload guidance where included.
- Government and third-party charges are paid separately unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Priority services, where available, are optional and do not guarantee a successful decision or a particular date.
Step 06
Communication after submission
We pass on material correspondence received within the agreed service and assist with relevant requests for further information where included. If new issues arise outside our authorisation, competence or agreed scope, we explain the position and discuss supervision, additional work or referral.
- Clients must promptly tell us about changes in circumstances, contact details or travel plans.
- Home Office processing times are outside our control.
Step 07
Decision and next steps
When a decision is received, we explain its practical effect within the agreed service. For a successful decision, this may include eVisa, conditions of leave and future planning. If the decision is adverse, we can offer a refusal-review consultation and explain whether another authorised adviser is required.
- Appeals, Judicial Review, asylum or protection work and other complex matters are accepted only where current authorisation, competence and supervision arrangements permit.
- Where we cannot act, we will explain the need for referral as clearly as possible.
No outcome can be guaranteed
Every application is decided by the relevant authority. We provide careful preparation and honest guidance, but we cannot guarantee approval, processing times or the availability of priority services.
