How to raise a complaint with us
Complaints should initially be addressed to the Managing Director and Head of Advice.

Step 01
We aim to provide a high standard of immigration advice and client care. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact Dickson Tarnongo, Managing Director and Head of Advice, using the contact details above.
Step 02
We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days. We will investigate it fairly and confidentially and provide a written response as soon as reasonably practicable.
Step 03
You have the right to complain directly to the Immigration Advice Authority at any time, including where you do not wish to complain to us first or remain dissatisfied with our response.
